- ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances preventing fulfilment. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method. All payments must be successfully authorised before shipment processing begins. - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS CLEARED DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates to customers located within Europe. We work with established international carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Import Duties, Taxes and VAT Covered: To ensure complete transparency and eliminate any risk of unexpected fees upon delivery, all orders shipped to customers within Europe are sent on a delivered duties paid basis. All applicable import VAT, customs clearings, and local duties are fully calculated and included in the total order price paid at checkout. Customers will not be requested to pay any additional fees to the carrier or local customs authorities to receive their goods.
Customers will receive shipment tracking notifications by email at key stages of delivery, including dispatch, carrier processing updates, arrival at logistics facilities, local delivery progression, and delivery confirmation where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to transportation conditions, customs procedures, operational factors, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
If a shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, we may initiate an investigation with the carrier. Following review of the shipment status and carrier findings, an appropriate resolution will be provided, including a replacement shipment or a full refund where justified by the circumstances. For customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA), the risk of loss or damage to goods transfers only when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date the goods are received, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, customers must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting: unbuckled@cinchlesscord.com. The notification should include the order number, customer name and a clear statement of withdrawal.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after the withdrawal request has been communicated. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, customers should contact us by email and provide photographs showing the condition of the product. Upon review of the information provided, an appropriate remedy will be offered, including a replacement item or a full refund. For verified damaged or defective items, customers are generally not required to return the affected product unless further inspection is reasonably necessary. Where a product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival, any applicable return shipping costs shall be borne by the seller. - REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. For statutory cancellations under the Right of Withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, provided the goods (or proof of return) have been received. Once initiated by us, funds are generally processed within 3–5 business days, though the exact time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution involved. - WEBSITE USE

- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. We shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, telecommunications interruptions, or similar circumstances. - GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT INFORMATION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable within the customer’s country of residence provide additional rights that cannot legally be waived, those rights shall remain unaffected.
