1. Shipping Area and Origin

Cinchlesscord dynamic leatherless and buckleless braided belts are offered exclusively to customers located within Europe. To ensure strict quality control and direct supply chain integrity, all orders are dispatched from our internal fulfilment facility at SIRARA Garments Trading LLC, Dubai Festival City Mall, Shop SC235, Al Kheeran, Dubai, UAE.

  1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Following dispatch, standard transit time to European destinations is 7–10 business days. While Cinchlesscord complies strictly with these timeframes, final delivery may occasionally be subject to extensions arising from international customs procedures, severe weather events, or local carrier operations.

  1. Tracked Shipping Partners

To secure transit and mitigate unauthorized handling, orders are transported via priority international logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent tracked delivery services. Registered tracking notifications will be systematically sent to the customer’s validated email address at critical milestones: dispatch, international transit updates, local courier handling, and final delivery completion.

  1. Customer Delivery Obligations

Customers are required to provide complete, accurate, and verified delivery information at checkout. Cinchlesscord cannot accept liability for transit delays, failed deliveries, or additional carrier repatriation charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the purchaser. In the event of a delivery anomaly, our dedicated support team is available to assist and provide a swift resolution before any further escalation.

  1. Delayed Shipments and Resolutions

Should a shipment exceed the stated delivery window, Cinchlesscord will immediately initiate a formal investigation with the designated carrier. To ensure a premium customer experience, if your package does not arrive within 20 days from the date of dispatch, we will voluntarily declare it lost and immediately issue an appropriate resolution, including a replacement shipment or a full refund to the original payment method.
