Following dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 7–10 business days depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.
We work exclusively with established international carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services where available, to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

- What happens if my order exceeds the standard delivery timeframe?

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in suitable packaging unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
- What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order confirmation, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

For verified damaged or defective goods, return of the physical item is not required once sufficient photographic evidence has been accepted.
- Who pays return shipping costs?
Where a return is based on a verified defect, damage, or fulfilment error, return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
For returns made under the 14-day Right of Withdrawal where no defect exists, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable European consumer protection laws.
